baking frenzy.

i love to bake. a few creations recently.
red velvet cupcakes (cream cheese frosting.)

carrot cake cupcakes (once again cream cheese frosting.) with some carrot slivers on top
my first fondant cake. white cake, strawberry filling, marshmallow fondant(homemade) all thanks to youtube and my mom for teaching me.

Wayyy Behind!

Boy am i way behind in blogging or what!! Lets go all the way back to 4th of July. we were able to go to Stadium of Fire and see Carrie Underwood! It was so awesome and then the weekend continued on to the family reunion july 5,6,7 in Island Park, ID. We got to go to Yellowstone and see Old Faithful and raft down the river and played tons of games..

a new adventure.

It's official. I am starting nursing school in the fall and couldn't be more excited. I can't wait for this new adventure in my life.
