These posts are long and boring about a long and boring drive but it's my blog right?!
So I know you are all dying to know (all 3 of you..) what happened with our car.. Jason got up before we did and took the car to a shop- he called me on his way back and said they couldn't find anything wrong. Hmm... Really? Because our car just didn't start?? They said since it is starting fine now not to worry. Oh ok.. We have 900 more miles.. Don't worry.. We were praying the car would make it. Well we got up and had a delicious waffle breakfast made by gma Geri- then packed lunches and were off by 11. We drove drove drove pumped fed hazel stopped for gas potty breaks let hazel stretch.. Repeated a gazillion times... Oh but we did stop at this amazing rest stop in Wyoming called little America. So nice! I must say Wyoming and Nebraska have much much nicer rest stops than Nevada... We didn't have to stop for lunch because we had packed such great lunches but we did have to stop for a longer break right outside of Nebraska miss hazey was getting fussy(I can't imagine why) so we stop at a rest stop pull out a blanket lay it on the grass and let her roll all around! We then packed up and headed out. We were going to try to go the rest of the way and get to Omaha like 3 am but we had some encouragement to stop so we did at north platte Nebraska and I'm glad we did. That was our day

Our big adventure: day 1
Wednesday July 25th: loaded the car, finished packing and off we went. We started driving about 10 am and our day went like this.. Drive drive drive entertain a baby move from passenger seat to back seat... I would pump milk and feed hazel then we would stop for gas , get hazel out, change her, potty break, get a diet coke, an repeat and repeat.... 9 hours later we are stopped in winnemucca for gas. I try to start the car.. No luck. Seriously?? I didn't panic too much but just said a prayer. Jason got the jumper cables out and asked a nice guy to jump us, car started right away. Phew. And off we went. We arrived in salt lake and met Zachy for dinner at cheesecake factory about 10 pm!!! It was so fun to see him and he got to play with hazey. After dinner we went to bountiful to stay with grandparents for the night. Zzzzz... What a day.

7 months
I'll post more pics when I get to my computer but I'm blogging from my phone in Wyoming on I80 E. more on our adventure in next posts. But hazel was 7 months this past Sunday. I know I always say this but it is so crazy how time flies!!
This past month hazel has been sitting up by herself steady for long periods, she has been scooting and rolling everywhere still. She now gets on her hands and knees and rocks but no crawling yet. She also does this cute thing where she gets on her feet and hands but can't really do anything from there. She is babbling/ talking all the time. Her sounds are constantly changing this month it sounds like she is gurgling. She loves her bouncer and has begun this separation anxiety stage. If I set her down or leave the room she freaks out or if she sees me sneak past the room she is playing in she screams until I get her. She definitely knows her mommy and daddy! She is still in size 2 diapers but has been leaking out so I think we will be moving up once this pack runs out. We haven't been cloth diapering because we have been on so many vacations but as soon as we settle in Nebraska ill try again! She is in size 9 month clothing (6-9 mo) some 6 month clothes still fit but we are pushing it :) she enjoys food but doesn't ever eat a ton. We try to always do breakfast and dinner. She enjoys peaches, pears, green beans, zucchini, carrots, sweet potatoes, mangoes, the little puffs.. She Loves spoons- we make sure we get a few put one in each hand and then she let's us feed her. She also had a cucumber spear, broccoli, watermelon and enjoyed munching on those ( a bad mom moment: I found a whole watermelon seed in her poop the other day... Ooops!!!) oh and she has been getting so constipated poor girl. But she hates prunes and prune juice ( I don't blame her!) it was so bad we had to give her a suppository one night and she screamed and screamed and pooped!!!! We have been staying away from bananas, cereal, rice cakes (num nums) and applesauce and she has been pooping more regularly. She loves going upside down, is very ticklish, enjoys bath time much more, loves swimming and splashing, she has had a few haircuts already (just to even out that hair line) and this past month has been to Yosemite, Utah, and Bakersfield.. She is always happy and sweet until I leave the room haha. She knows what she wants! She has no teeth yet and is still exclusively breastfed. We love our baby girl so much and have loved watching her grow!!

Wagner family reunion
The week of July 4th we were able to go to a huge family reunion for Wagner side at aspen grove up in Provo canyon (right by Sundance) it was so much fun! It was a little hectic driving straight from Yosemite to Utah- we took some crazy little highway all the way there, but we made it! We got in on saturday eve and got settled in our room. For all of you with kids (or not) already know that you pretty much have to bring everything you own on vacation! Haha- so we got the pack n play set up and had to decide which door we wanted to block to make it fit- we had 2 doors one leading to the outside deck and one leading to the bathroom and the rest of inside obviously we chose the outside door to be blocked. So once we fit everything in our room we hung out and chatted with the fam! Sunday we had church- it was fun to have sacrament outside hazel got to lay on a blanket on the lawn and roll around. We went to a parenting discussion on Sunday and dropped hazel off with the child care group- she was a 'Romper' that was the 0-2year old group. They had 6 Byu students just in with the 0-1 year olds and when we dropped of hazel there was only ever like 2 other babies. Monday was family follies- where there was family/team competition games we were the Wagner giants. Monday night Erin had to be picked up at the airport so hazel brittani Ashley Katie and I all snuck away (made a detour to nordstroms rack) and got Erin. Tuesday I did water aerobics it was actually a really great workout! Wednesday we hiked to stewart falls Thursday it rained and I did lots of hair. Friday we checked out and drove home. Oh and I played tennis, paintballed, swam, ate, played games, won the volleyball championship, cheered on fellow wagners at sporting events, chatted with cousins/aunts/uncles, played, ate, and July 4th my mom watched hazel while Jason and I went and met up with Emily and nick in Provo and we watched fireworks and roasted marshmallows in their backyard! We also got to go visit Jason lindsay and their baby boy Luke (he is 5 weeks older than hazel) I also got to go visit renaissance and get my lashes done and see some old students and coworkers! I miss Utah! But Omaha is calling my name!!!!
Oh and by the way my pictures were all taken by cara or ryann. I forgot to take any but good thing ryann an caras favorite thing to do is steal people's phone and take tons of pictures!!
