Workout plan

so we all know how amazing the holidays are...especially the food.. well i am ALReady feeling it.. so instead of making it a New Years Resolution (which it probably still will be) i am not going to let it get that far... so i am devising my own workout goals, and if i post them, i will feel more obligated to follow them! so these are my goals for next 2 weeks and then i will slack off when i go home.. 1. Gym at LEAST 5 times a week. 2. no carbs after 8 PM 3. drink a supplement shake for breakfast 4. NO soda or sweets 5. No fast food or eating out! 6. i get one cheat meal a week.
So maybe i can get ontop of my game BEFORE the Holiday LBS hit!
